Terms of service

1.  Eligibility. The LactoReborn online store is intended for use by healthcare or skincare provider. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you are a healthcare or skincare provider or an authorized purchaser acting on behalf of one.

2. Products. LactoReborn is a cosmetic product provided for use within an appropriate professional context. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Healthcare and skincare providers are solely responsible for professional decisions and client communications related to product use.

3. Orders and Pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance by Agnes America. Pricing is shown to authenticated provider accounts and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

4. Payment and Taxes. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless other terms have been agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where compromised product integrity entitles the customer to a replacement under our Return and Refund policy.

6. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agnes America's total liability arising from any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order at issue.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, in which Agnes America is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
