Return Policy

LactoReborn is a cosmetic product intended for topical use by healthcare or skincare provider. Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used product.

If product arrives damaged or defective please contact us at info@iagnes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

To initiate a return or report a damaged shipment, contact our customer service team at info@iagnes.com. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Agnes America prior to shipment.
