LactoReborn is prepared in-office at the time of treatment. Six steps, a few minutes, standard sterile technique.

Step 1: two vials removed from packaging

Gather components

  • Remove both vials from the packaging.
  • Vial 1 — Lyophilized Powder (L. paracasei nanovesicles)
  • Vial 2 — Ampoule Booster Solution (liquid activator)

Inspect vials before use · Do not use if seal is broken

Draw booster solution

  • Using a sterile syringe, draw 10 mL of the Ampoule Booster Solution from Vial 2.
  • Ensure no air bubbles are present in the syringe before proceeding.

Use a new sterile syringe · 10 mL exact volume

Step 3: solution injected into vial 1

Reconstitute powder

  • Slowly inject the 10 mL of Booster Solution into Vial 1 containing the lyophilized powder.
  • Inject gently along the vial wall to minimize foaming.

Step 4: vial swirled gently

Gently agitate

  • Gently swirl or roll Vial 1 between your palms until the powder is fully dissolved.
  • Do not shake vigorously — this protects nanovesicle membrane integrity.

Step 5: reconstituted solution drawn from vial 1

Draw reconstituted solution

  • Using a fresh sterile syringe, draw the fully reconstituted solution from Vial 1.
  • The solution is now ready for immediate topical application.

Topical application only · Do not inject

Step 6: topical application, syringe crossed out

Apply to treatment area

  • Apply topically. Do not inject. Spread evenly over the treatment area.

Store mixed solution at 25°C, away from sunlight, up to 48 hours
